Kristen Halpin is the Senior Minister of North Shore Christian Church. Jerry and Kristen live in Riverhead. They have two beautiful daughters. Kristen attended Cincinnati Bible College and has a BS in Human Services. She is currently working towards an M.Div. in Theology. Jerry planted North Shore Christian Church in 2005 with the support of independent churches from across America and served as Senior Minister for 20 years. Jerry still serves as senior leadership at North Shore and is the Supervisor of the Town of Riverhead.

Tony and Kirsten Bollinger have been a part of North Shore since 2006 after moving from Indiana to Long Island. Tony joined the leadership team in 2012 and Kirsten joined in 2018. They have three children and live on the east end of Long Island. Dr. Tony is a physicist and Dr. Kirsten is a physical therapist.

Ryan and Jettie Dush have been attending North Shore for over a decade. Originally from Pennsylvania, they have lived all over America, journeying along with Ryan's military career. They joined our leadership team in 2024. They are raising their two children on the east end of Long Island, where they live. Ryan is an officer and Pararescue Jumper with the 106th Rescue Wing, and Dr. Jettie is a math specialist. 

Lutz and Yu Chen Wiegart started attending North Shore in 2010 and joined our leadership team in 2025. They live on Long Island's north shore. Dr. Lutz is a nuclear physicist, as is Dr. Yu Chen, who is also a professor of physics at Stony Brook University.
